  1. Storage Media Used The collected personal information is stored on computer systems as well as cloud spaces: Acomba (local version), Microsoft 365, website. We also use physical storage means such as hard drives and paper documents.
  2. Data Retention Period All digital and paper documents containing your personal information are retained for the duration of the relationship between you and Dubuc & Co. and the time necessary for internal data processing. Spontaneous application forms are kept for a period of three (3) months. At the end of this period, all personal information will be deleted from our servers, and any physical documents will be destroyed. If documents are deemed important for internal management of our activities, they will be anonymized to no longer contain personal information.
  3. Methods of Personal Information Destruction We use the following means to destroy your personal information at the end of the retention period or upon your request :
  • Paper documents are shredded;
  • Hard drives are formatted;
  • ERP software documents are anonymized after their period of use.
